Refund Policy
📸 Photography Refund Policy​
At Jigcasso, time and resources are reserved specifically for each client. By booking services, you agree to the following refund policy:

1. Retainer / Booking Fee
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all bookings. This fee reserves your date and covers preparation time, and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

2. Client Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 2 days before the session may be eligible for a partial refund of any payments made beyond the retainer.

Cancellations made within 2 days of the session are non-refundable.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will not receive a refund.

3. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule one time with at least 2 days notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Additional reschedules may require a new retainer.

4. Photographer Cancellations
If Jigcasso must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund, including the retainer.

5. Dissatisfaction with Images
Due to the artistic nature of photography, refunds will not be issued based on personal preference, style, or subjective dissatisfaction once services have been rendered.

6. Turnaround Time Delays
Refunds will not be issued for delays in delivery caused by circumstances outside of Jigcasso’s control. Reasonable efforts will always be made to meet estimated timelines.

7. Digital Product Policy
All sales are final once digital images have been delivered. No refunds will be issued after delivery of final images.

8. Early Termination of Session
If a session is ended early due to client behavior, lack of cooperation, or unsafe conditions, no refund will be issued.
