📸 Photography Services Disclaimer
The services provided by Jigcasso are subject to the following terms and conditions. By booking or engaging services, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Artistic Style & Editing
Client acknowledges that photography is an artistic service. Images will be edited at the discretion of Jigcasso, and final results may vary based on lighting, environment, and subject cooperation. Specific editing styles or outcomes are not guaranteed unless agreed upon in writing.

2. Image Delivery & Turnaround Time
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to workload, unforeseen circumstances, or technical issues. Jigcasso is not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.

3. Image Storage & Backup
While reasonable care is taken to store and back up images, Jigcasso is not responsible for loss of files due to equipment failure, theft, or unforeseen events beyond control after final delivery. Clients are responsible for downloading and securely storing their images upon receipt.

4. Model Release & Usage
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Jigcasso retains the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes. Clients may request confidentiality in writing prior to the session.

5. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for punctuality, preparation, and cooperation during sessions. Jigcasso is not responsible for missed shots due to lateness, lack of cooperation, or restrictions at locations.

6. Limitation of Liability
In the unlikely event that services cannot be performed due to illness, emergency, or equipment failure, liability is limited to a refund of payments made. Jigcasso is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Weather & Environmental Conditions
For outdoor sessions, Jigcasso is not responsible for weather conditions, lighting limitations, or environmental factors that may affect the outcome. Rescheduling may be offered at the photographer’s discretion.

8. Third-Party Printing & Use
Jigcasso is not responsible for the quality of images printed or altered by third-party vendors. Editing or altering images without permission is prohibited.
9. Payment & Booking Policy
A non-refundable retainer may be required to secure your booking. Remaining balances must be paid prior to or on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed.
